Having dined here several times with parties of 2 to 22 I have booked the downstairs again for my works Christmas do, simple reason being I am still dreaming about the food I eat in Graze a week later it's that good. I work and dine out in London frequently and Graze knocks some very highly rated restaurants into a cocked hat, exquisite portions of highly flavoured and expertly prepared dishes that vary greatly and are served with aplomb and a smile. My recommendation is eat there regularly to fully appreciate the dishes and service.

We had a lovely evening at Graze and I say an evening rather than just a meal as this restaurant was a far cry from those where the meal is rushed through in order to get the maximum use of the table in an evening. We both went for one of the tasting menu's which were well thought out and executed with a perfect amount of time left between each course. The wine list was reasonably priced and we were particularly impressed by the availability and variety of half bottles.

Graze currently offers the best cooking in Brighton. The formula: small portions, correspondingly priced, of outstanding dishes, of which one enjoys several. My party of 3 loved the super-fresh, deliciously sauced fish dishes (poached oysters, baked cod, crab risotto) and also rich, tasty venison pie and black pudding - a Yorkshire chef with a strong French accent. Orange mousse and ice-cream sweet a perfect conclusion. Ravenswood Zinfandel a fine extra. Lovely service. Good value on the offer.

The food and service at Graze is outstanding. Their crab risotto and potato gratin is the best I have ever eaten! It is a little pricey, but well worth it. Would highly recommend.

I ate here last night with a group of friends, and was extremely impressed ! The waiter was attentive but not obtrusive, and the food was excellent ..I will definitely be returning.

Really lovely little place, always seems to be full. It's a lovely restaurant
that's great for a romantic meal but manages to be laid back at the same
time. We've been twice already and it's definitely somewhere to keep returning
to - they change the menu fairly frequently.

You choose several of the delicious, inventive
dishes in perfectly judged portions. We enjoyed some of the best risotto
outside Italy, a melt in the mouth venison pie, succulent black pudding,
and sweet scallops with lentils. The chef, Adrian Geddes, has a way with
pasta too, and the chocolate orange souffle was the perfect finish. The
restaurant is attractive and comfortable, and the staff friendly. The
wine list is extensive and well priced.
