Graze, opened in mid 2006, is set in the heart of the Brunswick Square district of Brighton and Hove on the site of a previous fine dining establishment 'Quentins' which was a very popular eatery for almost twenty years. A full refit resulted in an opulent yet unpretentious interior which has drawn on the history of both the Regency surroundings and the famous 'Brighton Royal Pavillion'.

The minds behind; and owners of, the Restaurant are Adrian Geddes (Head Chef), Kate Alleston (Restaurant Manager) and Manni (Designer and Business Manager). The three friends were inspired to open the restaurant by their common love of beautiful, full-flavoured original food and their passion for superb wine.

They pride themselves on being a neighbourhood restaurant that offers both regular diners and new guests a slice of culinary heaven in a glamorous and sophisticated yet relaxed environment.
